City Council meets at 6 p.m. on the first and third Monday of each month. The council meets on Tuesday after a Monday federal holiday, such as Memorial Day and Labor Day. Council chambers are located next door to Arma City Hall. Please contact City Clerk Bette Lessen 72 hours prior to a meeting to be placed on the agenda to discuss items before the council.
