SPECIAL MEETING
JULY 26, 2023
The Mayor Rob Lessen opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m. This meeting was called to discuss the 2024 budget. The Pledge of Allegiance was stated by all present. Roll call was taken, and all members of the City Council were present. City Attorney was unable to attend.
The council went over the 2023 Budget Work Sheet. Gary Pommier left the meeting at 7:45 pm. Bob Lauck reminded the other members to add in the Text Caster application for the additional $1400.00. Also included was the new restroom facility at the JP Cleland Ball Park. Tom Gorman addressed four item, Mini Excavator, 1,200.00; LED Christmas Decorations, 9,000.00 VFD High Service Pumps 11,195.00 and the Fire Hydrant 4,142.00.
This information will be emailed onto Terry Sercer who will address the 2024 proposed Budget at the next regular council meeting, August 7th.
Carma Burns made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:37 p.m. Richard Kerley seconds the motion. The motion was approved.
